Welcome to PlayIQ! By downloading, accessing, or using the PlayIQ mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PlayIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the App following changes to these terms will indicate acceptance of any modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PlayIQ. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of Predictions

PlayIQ provides sports predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date predictions, there is no guarantee of success or accuracy. PlayIQ does not encourage gambling or betting and does not take responsibility for any financial loss resulting from predictions. Any decision to place bets is solely the user’s responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and using the App.
  • Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:
    • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
    • Access, alter, or interfere with the App’s underlying code or security features.
    • Distribute, copy, or modify the App or any content without prior authorization.

5. Paid Services

PlayIQ offers both free and paid (VIP) services. By purchasing a VIP subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed by the Google Play Store, and refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Please review the Google Play Store’s terms before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on PlayIQ, including predictions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PlayIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of PlayIQ’s intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, availability, or accuracy. You agree to use the App at your own risk, and PlayIQ disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from its use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayIQ, its affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

PlayIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if you violate any terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware for any legal action arising out of these Terms of Use.
